Return Policy

Most items sold by Auka Enterprises may be set up for return within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.* For returns set up after 15 days, Auka Enterprises may grant a credit of up to 50% of the item’s value. After your return is set up, your item must be received back in the Auka Enterprises warehouse within 15 days.

Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with shipment. Media items shipped with shrink wrap must be returned unopened.

*After inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse the purchase price of the item, less original shipping costs and return shipping fees. All items are subject to a restocking fee of $4.95 per item OR 15% for items within the Electronic, Computer, and Wholesale categories.

All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for purchase our return policy is as follows:

• All returns must be approved and be issued a RMA prior to returning the item.
• All non-defective returns are subject up to a 25% restocking fee.
• For all defective items, buyer is responsible to inform seller with in
• 7 days upon receipt of the item. Buyer will then be issued an RMA and return address.
• Not all Items are returnable. (please contact us before returning items)

Failure to follow return policy may lead a eight (8) week refund turn around, or item may be sent back to buyer and be charge for shipping. Items Not Returnable Refunds will not be offered for the following products:

• Swimming Suits
• Undergarments
• Body Jewelry (i.e. all items within the "Body Jewelry" sub-category.)
• Factory-sealed sports collectible sets
• Perfumes and Fragrances
• Ink Cartridges
• Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, and cassette tape that has been opened/taken out of its plastic wrap unless the item is defective
• Wholesale: No partial case pack returns will be accepted. Product must be returned in the original shipping pack with all individual items unopened

Special Note:

Products shipped new may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
