We ship most orders in 3 - 7 business days. All items are shipped via UPS. Your UPS shipping options are as follows:

For fastest delivery, products are shipped to you from each individual merchant. Delivery times may vary, but when you place an order with Auka Enterprises, we will estimate the shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates:

On occasion there may be unforeseen delays in shipping your order. We will notify you via email if we determine your order will not ship by the timeframe stated on each item's product page.

Standard Shipping: Most ground shipped packages are delivered within 5 - 14 business days from the day they are ordered.

Shipping Delay: We will notify you via email of any delays in shipping your order. By the last promised shipping date, we will send an email that advises your order will ship within the next 1 - 3 business days unless you contact us to cancel the unshipped portion of your order. If we will be unable to meet the revised shipping timeframe, we will notify you via email that we have cancelled the unshipped portion of your order and a refund will be issued. As part of the verification, we will notify you via email to call us at 1-866-849-0557 within 72 hours. If you do not contact us within 72 hours. we will cancel your order promptly and  issue a full refund.
Note: If you have ordered several items to be delivered to the same address, we may send them to you in separate boxes to give you the speediest service. Rest assured, this will not affect your shipping charges

What expedited shipping options are available? We offer 2 Day and 3 Day shipping for a variety of items. All items that qualify for expedited shipping will have these shipping options displayed at checkout. Please note that our shipping options refer to transit time only and require additional time for order processing. Please refer to our shipping chart bellow for estimated delivery times. Expedited shipping is not available for items shipped in to PO Boxes or APO/FPO destinations.

3-Day: 3 - 5 Business Days
2-Day: 2 - 4 Business Days

Delivery in 2 to 4 business days is available on most merchandise. An additional charge may apply and will be calculated at checkout. Some products require expedited shipping due to size, weight or the perishable nature of the product. Additional charges are listed on the product detail page

How much is expedited shipping? We calculate your expedited shipping fees based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Your expedited delivery fees will be displayed at checkout. If you have multiple items on your order, each item may be calculated separately, depending on the warehouse location for where your item ships.

Please Note: Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or P.O. Zip Codes. Coupons, rewards, and other special promotions cannot be applied to delivery charges. Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise.

Shipping Specialty Items: Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico require an additional delivery charge. Due to the unique nature of the item, some products cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Address Verification: We verify the name and address on your order against the bank's records. We will not process the order unless all billing and shipping information can be verified. If you share a card with a family member, please be sure your name is on the account.

Alternative Shipping Addresses: We ask that all customers shipping to an address other than the billing address notify their credit card company of the alternate shipping address. This process is becoming standard and credit card companies are happy to assist you. Simply call your credit card company and let them know you are placing orders via the Internet and would like to give them an alternate shipping address. (Doing this will speed up the order process) When our early fraud prevention department checks an order and the shipping address is not listed with your credit card provider, the order will be delayed. An e-mail will then be sent to notify you of the delay and request you register the alternate shipping address with your credit card company. Your order will then be placed on hold so you may register the alternate shipping address and notify us.
