Making a Purchase
Auka Enterprises offers two great, convenient ways to shop our online store. You can place your order online or give us a call at 1-866-849-0557 and order via phone. All prices are listed in US Dollars, unless otherwise indicated. Prices do not include taxes. All applicable state, local, federal and/or international taxes are applied during checkout.

• Web Orders
  Web orders can be made 24 hours a day. Please understand that as with any online store, we sometimes experience planned/unplanned downtime. If you experience a problem, please give us a call.
  
  
• Phone Orders
  When ordering by phone, please have the product name and sku number available for your customer service representative. You’ll also want to have your credit card and/or check information available.

Payment Options
We gladly accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

• Check Payments
  When ordering by check or money order, include the product name, sku number on the check or money order plus shipping cost and 6% sales tax if ordering within the state of Maryland.
  
  When ordering by check, or money order; merchandise will ship after check or money order clear. This will add three addition days to the shipping time. Example: If a product is to arrive in four days it will now take seven days when paying by check or money.
